I'm at the wandering village and have had no technical problem with my current playthrough or any prior to this one.

When I try leaving the village to the following area, the one with the snow trolls and the big tent, the game starts loading up the new area and crasches when it's almost finished.

The error message I get is: "Assertion Failed in ObjCreature.cpp 15476".

I've tried solution I found in the sticky on this board, the one about editing the .sav file in near infinity, but I'm either doing something wrong or it doesn't work.

Clearing the cache, temp, tempsave folder doesn't work, either.

I have official patch, ease-of-use and light of selune installed.

    Help, anyone?

you likely have a messed up CRE file (monster file) somewhere.

you can try going into your override folders and deleting CRE monsters that spawn in that area. which cre files to delete can be found by using near infinity to load up the ARE- then refering which CRE files are listed.

Meh, I just threw in the towel and reinstalled the game. Reinstalled the mods, loaded up the game and all is well.

    Let's just hope it lasts...
