    [​IMG] Well, my situation is pretty much the same as yours Gopher. Only no stepdad or even dad in my case. And the best method i know of getting along is locking yourselves in a tight room and have a good fight. No biting! :p

    Seriously i do think that the best thing you can all do is sitting by the table, having a sheet of paper and a pen. Then talk, talk and talk. And reach some kind of compromise between yourselves. Write that down and stick in somewhere where you look at every day.
    Make rules you can all abide.

    And while i dont doubt Gopher and his mom both exaggerated a bit, each in his own way - opposite at that, i think that gopher is more right.
    It is his life after all.
    But that soon become living off someones work, while doing nothing yourself.
    So--- Talk, make a compromise, write it down and follow it.


    By my experience that works... for a while at least. Then.... new rules and chatting by the table.
