ALFA hats?

    I have never seen a hat in NWN, though I've seen many a helmet. Are there any servers in ALFA that have used custom-made hats? If not, are there even mods out there that have hats? Can we get some hats into ALFA?

    I always got the impression that this was discussed many times before in ALFA. Hats are impossible, if I understood it correctly. If you put on a helmet, the head model is completely replaced bij the model of the helmet; that's also why you won't see open faced helmets. The head can't just be edited in game, but there are heads with hats in the ALFA hakpacks, but those are only accessiable in the toolset.

    I'm sure it is possible. One would just have to modle the helmet so part of it included the head. I guess if this is the case it will have to be character spicific. I think the Pirite Isles is trying to make a pirate sort of hat, but I don't know how well that's gone.

    If you really wanted a hat, and you know how to use the toolset, give it a go, and make a hat.
