    [​IMG] As one of the first 'readily' available characters in the game, is there anyway someone with more brain power and patience could make her a sorcerer?
    Jahiera covers the needed devine spells for me, Minsc makes a good Anti-Caster/Defender, and My main character is usually a thief. There are plenty of other well balanced types of NPCs, and a sleu of mages.
    However I think that Kelsey is the only sorcerer NPC, modded or otherwise.
    Now Sorcerer is just a personal preference (They seem more practical to me), and I don't beleive that a change would interfere in game play or story line.
    I will be honest: I do not have the patience, knowledge, understanding, tools, or skill and finesse that goes into game 'MODDING'
    However... I would be very grateful and interested if someone could make it work.

    Am I the only one that has thought about this?

    There's also Tashia, an elven sorceress mod NPC.

    As for turning Aerie into a sorcerer, my first advice would be to try a straight class change using SK. If that fails, open a mage and some sorcerer (you can create one as a PC, export it, and then examine the CRE) and look at the differences. It may end up being something you can't change with SK, but I doubt that since I've heard of people changing Viccy into a sorcerer.

    It should be doable with SK. Open up your save game and edit Aerie. Change her class to Sorcerer, adjust her XP value AND level to zero, delete all spells from her mage book AND priest scroll. Lower her HP, THAC0 and saving throws to those of level 1 sorcerer. Delete all her proficiencies also.

    Now, when you load your game, she will level up to become a lvl 1 sorceress (remember, you made her lvl zero). I have never tried this before, but it should work. She should also get TWO spells at level 1, ando one proficiency. Then CLUA console her XP back, and she will level up a lot, see if you can pick new spells and proficiencies correctly. Check your manual to see sorcerer spell progression, and mage types gain additional weapon proficiencies in every six level. If all goes smooth, there will be no problem. You can always add/delete spells and proficiencies via Shadow Keeper.

    SK is a very user-friendly and easy to use program, just toy with it and you will learn fast! Do not flinch!
