I didn't do the quests in chapter one, and I want to do them, in chapter 2. I can summon myself the rewards, but I guess that since I didn't realy do the quests in chapter 1, I can't initiate the quests in chapter 2. Is there a way to hack the save game or something (it's logical that there is) so that it shows that I did the quests (in the journal and all) so I cn continue in chapter 2?

Well, IIRC, the only requirement for the quests to "continue" is that you have the item on you the npc gave you. So I think you might be able to do the quests in chapter two by simply summoning the rewards.

Nope, can't do that, it says something like I need to have adventured in the past with the henchman and for him to consider me a friend.

If you have the item in your inventory, it should work. It probably performs a check on your inventory, as variables can't be carried forward through to a different module.

Well, it might be possible that the variables are set when you first start the module, which means that the check is made when you first enter the module, which in turn means you have to enter the module with the items already in your inventory. If you have a save at the end of the previous chapter, you could load that, summon the items and move on to the next chapter. But indeed, like Alavin said, variables can't be passed on between modules.

In the Chapter1 is it possibile, to complete a quest first (get the document, holy something, etc.), than hire the henchman? Will she/he consider the quest done?

Yes, you can do that. But you'll need to level up a bit first and speak to the henchman several times to get the best results.

Better still, find all the items you need for the henchman quests and then you can get all the bonuses.
