I saw this article in a recent newspaper and it shocked me. I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this matter; I've posted the article hear so that you can see it too. Mind you, it has been translated from Greek, so if the expression is somewhat stilted and there are spelling errors in the names of people and places, please ignore it!


"A MONSTER WITH A MEDICAL DEGREE


The "black and white" community of South Africa is processing the last traces of it's past, eight years after the historic transition from racism to a multi-racial democracy.

One of the darkest recesses of the Apartheid unfolds in the court room of the Supreme Court in Praetoria, it's protagonist being the mandarin of the white supremacy, Vouter Bouchon (sp?).

The story of the 52-year-old military doctor who exterminated thousands of blacks with poisons and infective viruses, with chemicals and bioweapons, corresponds to the tale of the most disastrous political system mankind has seen this past century.

"Dr Death"

"Dr Death" is what he calls himself and his actions commence at the beginning of the decade of 1980.

- The Cold War is at it's peak, the government of South Africa is being deplored everywhere for it's barbaric methods, support for the black people is throbbing in the capitals of the world, while in Namibia, Angola, and Mozambique, revolutionary movements bloom.
- At this time, a research team headed by the ambitions young officer Bouchon works feverishly at the underground labs (Roodeplaat Research Laboratories) a few kilometers outside Praetoria.
His goal is the development of bacteria which bring about sterility or death, to be used on the wide-spread layers of black population. The name of the venture is "Project Coast", and it's funder is the government.
- The top-secret military program, beginning in 1982, evolved rapidly. At the decade's end the country possessed one of the greatest armories of biological and chemical weapons in the world.
The preliminary inquiry into Bouchon and his team's achievements lasted seven years, and the depth of his barbarity suggests his guilt towards 63 charges, including mass murder and drug trafficking.
The court case, the greatest ever concerning the injustices of the Apartheid, began on October 4th of 1999, and the witnesses who parade through the courtroom unfold the details of an affair which surpasses all imagination.
Bin Laden's network pales before the one which Bouchon erected to conceal and promote the government's criminal actions:
~ The secret organization's network covered three continents: From Brussels to Brazil and to Florida of the United states hundreds of homes, accounts for washing out money, and ghost-companies covered his dealings with Iran, North Korea, Syria, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Libya.
~ The directors of arge pharmaceutical companies of the United States, chemical researchers in labs in Germany, poisoned gas-producing actories in Iraq, Soviet arms-merchants, British agents and superior NATO officers were friends and collaborators in the enormous program to equip South Africa.
~ The Bouchon team's first researches commenced in 1981 in Washington, in the computers of the Library of Congress. The program received technology, and it's first materials, from the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, and it also requested -- and received -- various contagious viruses.

The Responsibility of the West

During this time, Bouchon brags of penetrating into the corresponding biological and chemical programs of the West and the heart of the military research program at Fort Detrick of the USA and Porton Down of Britain.

Few of the 110 collaborators of the satanic doctor knew what he really did. One of these was Dr Daan Goosen.

- According to his testimonies, the research group produced many "toxic goodies". Chocolates, cigarette filters, mail envelopes containing anthrax spores, lipsticks, deodorants and canes with deadly substances.
- Carcinogenic substances were developed for Nelson Mandela.
- Goosen worked for a program which developed a sterility bacterium for black females.
- At another point, he took part in the planning for poisoning drinking water in the regions which fostered black resistance.
- The development of an "ethnic bomb" which would attack only the genetic characteristics of black people was another program which he worked at.

The atmosphere at the courtroom is extremely "family-like". Nobody comes to Bouchon's trial anymore. The white judge Billy Hartsenberg, mandarin of the Apartheid, and two attorneys specializing in the great trials of black freedom-fighters, are his only companions. Perhaps the decision which is being awaited for in March will birth interest in an affair which black and white men alike consider a "hot potato". The accused observes the proceedings in a bored manner, answering every question with a clear "No". With the same indifference did he regard the testimony of the secret agent Johann Teron.

Two Hundred Victims

Teron admitted that, under Bouchon's orders, he executed at least two hundred men of the freedom movement in Namibia with poisoned gases and discarded their corpses at the height of 4,000 meters over the Atlantic Ocean.

No one knows the total tally of the dead. The man responsible remains silent. He is counting on the white leadership of the army, which before the political transition of '94 destroyed all the data on this issue at the orders of Washington and London.

In 1992, Frederick de Clerc, the last white president of South Africa, had distanced Bouchon rom the army, but he was restored by Nelson Mandela in 1995, due to pressure from the British and American secret service.

Wendy Or, a member of the Truth Committee which is exploring the crimes of the Apartheid, is certain of the involvement of the CIA and the British secret service, MI6. However, the new government of Thambo Beki does not wish to dig deeper into the issue. South Africa's relationships with Britain and the United States are more important.
