[IMG] I just recently downloaded the XP cap remover and level 50 rules file from the Sorcerer.net downloads page. After unzipping the files to my BGII override folder however, I've noticed that my characters still are maxed out at 2950000 xp. Is there something else I have to do still?
    Any help is appreciated.

    thanks,
    mc

I have that problem, I'll think I'll try the other XP remover.

As far as my knowledge goes, level 50 is MAX for BG2 even with the XP cap remover, you must of cheated to get that high, or am I wrong?

Hey Syl, do you know anything about this cap remover? Anything other than what I did above? Do you have to install it before starting your new game? (I installed the files about 2/3 the way through the game, right when my lead character was about to reach the max xp)

    thanks

No idea. I haven't used it at all. Perhaps you have to use a different XP remover and then install the "50 level" one. I thought all it did was create the 50 level advancement, nothing more and that you had to use an XP remover first.

I've read of people using it, but I myself have not done so and won't do so until I finish the game.

[IMG] Had the same problem with this lvl50-XPC-remover. It just installed a 'override'-folder in my BGII\override-folder, so you just have to install it into your BGII-main or copy these files in your "original" override-folder.
