    Hey,

I was wondering if the monsters in the game get more difficult as your level increases.

I;ve reached the XP Cap for 3 of my 5 characters and I just got to the underdark. I'm not a powergamer or anything, I guess I just like seeing the characters advance and going, "All right, Minsc is now level 17... and Boo too!"

    Any info would be appreciated.

There are much harder things later on in the game - If you just got to the underdark, then you obviously haven't been to the mindflayer or beholder dungeouns. You'll find these very tough, even at your level, as well as having to fight an entire drow city. There are many more other such tough encounters, as you will find out soon enough. Also, random encounters often change depending on your level.

But what yo umean I think is: Will the creatures be better when I get a higher XP (by removing the XP gap) isn't it?

    Well I don't think so...

Thanx Ragusa! It feels so good to be mentioned...

Anyway, XP Cap remover won't enable more harder enemies in BG2. However, you'll boost your hero's stats and only god knows what new monsters will spawn in ToB based on those cheated experience. And then you'll get ToB and say: "Damn BI - this expansion is too easy".

Kevlar, 5 Ad. Golems!? Where?
