    One question,

If I had "copy a spell to my spell book" then can I remove it ??

Another thing. The number of spell you can copy is based on your intelligence. If I drink a potion that adds my intelligence then can I copy additional spells and will it last ?

No you may not remove any spells once they are in your spellbook.

Yes. Drinking a potion will raise the amount of spells you can learn per level and they are accumlative in effects.

    Syl...

    but they don't last forever.
12 hours for most I think.

I stock up on the ones they can't learn because of low intelligence (Aerie), do a potion, then learn as many as I have saved.

Unfortunately, she doesn't stop whining when her intelligence goes up...

ups! Be careful. I think Cloud_Fav meant whether the spells last forever, doens't she?
toast is toastally right, that the INT doesn't last but the spells do for sure...

You mean if I use a potion that adds my intelligence then I can write more spell in my spell book and the spell will last forever ??

    * I know that my intelligence will not last, but I'm asking about the spell's that I copied after using the potion

[IMG] If you use a potion of intelligence, you will be able to WRITE a spell to your spellbook, which you normally wouldn't be able to write because of your low intelligence. Now, after the potion wears off, you'll still have the spells you copied to your spellbook while in your, eh, "enlightened stage". ;)
That is, they won't dissapear from your spellbook, ever. Once they're in there, they never get erased.

Memorizing them is another matter... You have to choose the ones you want tomorrow every time before you rest/sleep.

If you drink one of these potions, perhaps the potion of genius it´ll rise your intelligence. They work cumulative, so you can reach int 25 for a while.
If you learn spells then, they will remain in your Spellbook forver.
If the additional intelligence gives you additional spell slots, you may use it to memorize a spell. But after you slept to complete your luck, you will realize that potions effect is over and the extra spell slot has disappeared.

Also handy if your in the middle of a dungeon with an unidentified item you want to get the benefits of but have no identify spells.

You would get a lore bonus.

True Septic, as Lore is influenced by your wis-/ int-stats AND your character (ia thief/ mage/ bard), it helps much, when you play a thief or a mage to boost up both using potions.
