    gah I tried to solo as a wizard slayer and I didn't know that they couldn't use potions either! I thought it was just like belts, girdles, rings, amulets and such. Is there a patch that can fix this?

    I think healing potions can be used with ToB installed. Check that forum for more info.

    I just remembered boots of speed can be used and you can also use the amulet of seldarine (sp?) when you get it.

    Only potions they seem to be able to use are healing potions. But...
    I´ve kinda changed my mind about Wizard Slayers.
    They can be VERY good IF:

    You´ve downloaded and installed the subrace mod.
    Make him elf and then take drow.
    Wihoo, another 50% MR and I think you get some more MR/lv because you´re drow.

    If solo´d with an expcap remover you should get over 100% MR if I´ve done my math correctly :D


    No need for the potions then ey?
