Where is Cloe/Tashia

    I recently downloaded a whole bunch of mods for new NPC's off of SP, and I can't find some of them. I found Kelsey without incident, and Valen found me, so I was happy at first. However, I expected to run into both Cloe and Tashia in Trademeet, and I haven't found either one. I also installed Solefein, but I haven't got to the Underdark yet so I don't know if that part is working yet. So, where are Cloe and Tashia supposed to be?

    I also installed the Nalia romance, and I have no idea how to start that romance. There were some different comments made my Nalia when I accepted the Keep, but since then nothing.
