For fortune, glory, and to put an end (no matter how temporary) to a threatening evil.

Do it whenever you feel like it.

[IMG] For lots of "relatively easy" experience, some pretty fair magic items and equipment and for the opportunity to "solve" a couple of the best CRPG puzzles that I have/you may run into for the foreseeable future.

The "relatively ease" mentioned above is a personal opinion based on my playing the rest of TOB and finding it more challenging in terms of requiring diverse tactics and numerous reloads in comparison to Watcher's Keep.

A quote from one of the game developers talking about the final challenge in WK inidicated that this is the single greatest experience point route in the game.

The above is offered as food for thought....

[IMG] WK is fairly easy compared to the rest of ToB, but I'm only on the third level. I kind of want to wrap it up, really. I did it right after finishing up with the Temple area.

unless the keep REALLY modifies itself according to how high your characters' levels are... then i think it would be pretty difficult to attempt at a low level.. esp when you go further and further into the keep...

so what i'm trying to say is... better to do WK only once you actually cross that line into ToB
