I remember Cadderly saying something to the protagonist somewhere near the end of the game.

I just started reading "The Cleric Quintet" by R.A. Salvatore (decent so far) and was just wondering what he says in the Baldur's Gate game.

    TIA.

I REALLY don't remember Cadderly being in BG, even though I've played it that many times ...

He approaches the party upon their return to Candlekeep in Chapter 6. IIRC, he mentions you stealing his cloak and about Gorion.

CAD: "Salutations, I am Cadderly, a visitor of Candlekeep like yourselves. Pardon if I seem out of sorts, but the journey has been long and treacherous and my labors age me so. Might I inquire as to your name? I am certain I have seen your face before, but I cannot fully place it."

It branches past that. Do you just want the various things he says, or do you want the whole thing with PC responses? If it's the former, let me know and I'll copy them down when I get back; if it's the latter, I'll just direct you to a tool you can use to find out yourself. ;)

Cadderly's dialogues can be found under Dialogs -> CADDER when you've got it pointed at the right game folder.
