What would you do if you won the lottery?
Here's my list of what I'd do:

* Give some to mum and dad
* Buy loads of fields so nobody could build on them
* Get my dad a Harley and my mum a Vauxhall Zafira
* Buy a nice house with a pool
* Give money to cancer research in memory of my grandma and grandad
* Open a cat sanctuary
* Go to a Marilyn Manson concert
* Go on a bus tour of America
* Go on a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords
* Lots of small stuff like TVs

 

I would buy a gun to kill myself. After shooting all these people in the British Council who decide about the CPE exams.

 

If I won a lottery I'd wonder how much I had drunk to buy a lottery ticket

 

Hm, if I've won in the lottery. I'd split the sum in two. One I would try to get somewhere save. Save from me. The other half, I'd split again. One would be needed for the taxes, with the other I'd go on a trip, a lengthy trip somewhere where the weather is nice, not too hot, not too cold.

 

Seriously now,
*I would make a sunctuary for stray animals
*I would buy a house(not too large and without pool and these stuff)
*I would donate to the Boy Scouts(Yes! I'm one of them too!)
*I would buy all miniatures/paints/brushes etc I want
*I would buy all computer games I want
*I would donate to an orphanage or something like that.

IF I won all this money, which I wont because I never liked lotteries etc etc.

 

I would give all of it over to begin paying off my student loans (which I can tell are gonna not only be astronomic, but also gastronomic, animatronic and tectonic).

Or, pay a publishing house to publish anything I write and market it as pure gold. Or pay fox to recommission Futurama with me in a new VO role.... mmmmm...

 

If i won the lottery i'd probably do alot of the stuff you've written, but i'm not exactly sure what i'd do with everything else...

Hmm... Suddenly it dawned on me. I would donate to SP.

 

#1 House
#2 Fill the house with expensive furniture/electronics.
#3 Buy a woman to the house (if the times get bad, just kick her out)
#4 Garden and swimming pool
#5 Car, motorcycle, roller-skates
#6 Expensive crip-crap (starting from a new jacket)
#7 Donate some money to parents and WWF.
#8 A trip around the world: Helsinki-Moscow-Kazan-Beirut-Hongkong-Soul-Cap Town-South Pole-San Francisco...

 

- Pay off my debts.
- Pay off my parent's debts.
- Pay off my friends' debts.
- Tell the people who've lent money from me that they don't owe me anything. (Well, nothing but their gratitude anyway )
- Finally get that new comp with NWN.
- Get my own place, a small appartment, with one room designed as a dojo for my personal practice of the martial arts. (And of course also a gaming room )
- Invest a portion wisely.

Well, depending on how much I actually got after taxes and everything else, here's what I'd do:

#1: Buy a mansion off of PCH somewhere in Newport Beach, CA.
#2: Buy an Acura NSX, a Hummer H2, and a Benz 'E' class sadan.
#3: Pay off all debts for me, future wife, and Parents
#4: Buy all the swords I've always wanted.
#5: Waste the rest on little things here and there.

Yeah, that'd be cool.

Buy a new spanish guitar, so I can finish the song of Eze's poem with better acoustic sound, and find a way to send it to her. I haven't forgotten about it.

Third? Help my family, I guess. and oh. Buy a canoe.

 

Divide it into half
1 - buy lands, acquire more lands and never sell it.
2 - set up a fund foundation for those pc gaming gifted youngters to study in university for whatever major they choose.

 

Actually I won't ever win it because I won't buy a ticket. I think that I prefer to save my $5 a year for 25 years rather than the lame zillions to 1 chance of me winning it.

Besides my uncle actually won it about 10 years ago so there is no chance of anyone else in the family....

 

Well, it would probably depend on how much I won.

Most of it would probably go into some saving thingy somewhere to use for university, buying a house etc.
I'd probably buy some cheap old car and a new computer which I've been wanting for ages.

Oh and maybe give some money to my parents to pay off their mortgage.

 

What would I do? Depends on the amount. But seriously...

1. get a new computer and my old one fixed....
2. Get myself all the works of Hugo Weawing
3. Donate SP a freaking lot of money
4. Get myself a nice apartment on a skyscraper in Sydney
5. get all sorts of nifty stuff like games and books...
6. Donate to charity
7. Travel


And the like... all sorts of little stuff.

 

Depending on wether it was enough money to make a living for 2 years, or a real jackpot guaranteed to keep you alive and rich for life, I'd give a good amount of it to my friends.

Dreamer as I am, I've got about the right figures counted already about how much I need, and everything beyond that is extra. If I get let's say 3-4mil euros, you can bet I'll be giving 1-2mil away to my friends and family.

Other than that..? I don't know. Don't need to either. There are certain things I know I will never get in my life. They are the things that would in effect make my life useless, because after that I would have experienced all I ever wanted to. Finding the right person to share my life with or getting rich enough to last the rest of my life with the money would erase any goal, and any purpose of my life. What I would do then is anyone's guess. I'd get lazy and kill myself I guess, as I would be above all the trouble I have today.
