I think De'Arnise Hold is perfect to do and was the first quest I did after getting myself out of Irenicus' Dungeon. First as in right after I got Aerie and went to The Copper Shock. It's a good run through the keep and isn't that difficult because there is a large supply of Fire and Acid arrows which taking down the foul beasts found there, will make things so much easier.

One of the harder battles in De'Arnise Hold allows you to bypass the battle by luring them off with food, which you get more experience for anyhow over killing them.

Only the very last battle against the final "boss" leader type may prove difficult, but done properly it can be done. You'll go up a level here for sure if you do everything.
