So are you asking the question in the topic or are you just talking, that part was hard to understand?

The HoF is a mode of the game called Heart of Fury, it is the toughest way to play the game, er... the most difficult level. More monsters, tougher monsters, more xp IIRC, and better weapons and items. Also some of the items in the normal mode are upgraded, like Heart of <CHARNAME> or Soul of <CHARNAME>, which are the same swords.

You turn it on/reach it by going to the IWD2 configuration, Blackisle/IWD2/IWD2Config. Then under the difficulty category you can slide the slider up to insane, or click Heart of Fury mode at the bottom, they aren't the same, insane is slightly easier than HoF

    [IMG] TY MUCH!!!

I would have miss a LOT of fun without you! Now I am making fun more...*grin*

The prologue was not a real challenge, but 200 XP per kill still mean that passing the game will be! :p

I really wonder if a character can pass the battle square...*giggles* Well, if you have "slaying" gear all the way there, most likely very easily, but...unsure there is slaying everywhere, buy the goblin slaying dagger at any rate(selling the +5 ammo that u never use anyway)...lol, would have been to easy if they left me the 500k I was up to, still, start the game with 200k-400k from those ammo and stuff I didn't really use but was keeping for various reasons... :p

And is the other abbreviation something that important and I am missing? *grin*

Nope CD, HoF is the hard way to play the game, and IIRC means if I remember correctly, check you newbie note and click the link to look at the post on common acronyms and most of them are there.
