What is the Bioware game sequence?

    I am wondering what the sequence of releases is. I tried looking for the copywrites but cannot find most of them. So BG1, BG2, NWN, IWD etc, when were they released?

    First of all it's not just Bioware -- there's also Interplay and Black Isle Studios (I've also added a couple of others too). But I'm bored right now so here is a list of sorts:

    That was for the original Descent... but for DtU, only Interplay is credited for the development anywhere you check.

    Yep, DtU was Interplay-only (though it did use the Descent engine developed by Parallax, but that engine was owned by Interplay anyway). In fact many of the people credited with DtU eventually became part of BIS, including Chris Avellone. Funny thing, knowing the same guy could design both games (DtU was as abysmal as you can get)
