    And what does it do?
    I've looked everywhere I can think of (online) and I simply cannot find out what this stuff does. Mother Screng sells it (and it's not cheap!). I took one off a bugbear yesterday, and would like to be able to use it properly, but...

    IIRC, it heals poisons and diseases.
