Extra question: why is Ragusa a Gith when he's a halfling (pally or thief)???

PIGEON?

My avatar is the little old lady adventuress from Planescape Torment who yells at the main character about his bad (e.g. adventuring) values, living only for the "Vorpal sword +5 of lightning shooting out of your bum". And the motto that goes with it is from the witch, Granny Weatherwax, from the Pratchett stories: people keep trying to giver her a decent burial when she's trying to have an out-of-body experience in peace so she holds a sign over her sleeping body saying, "I aten't dead".

 

CL You love to use the search engine and dig up toppics last responded to months ago. So a hint; Ragusa has told this before

Research ... ... I don't think I've ever responded to a thread like this, so...

My burning avatar is from Planescape: Torment. I think his name is Ignus (I only played a few hours of that game ... not enough hack 'n slash for this stressed out sales-cleric!)

The tag-line is pretty obviously a double entendre referring to both my avatar and my personal charisma

 

My avatar is Trias, a fallen Deva from PST. It reflects me in many ways.

 

Mine is probably in some way a reincarnation of Ambrose Bierce, Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov, Lewis Carrol, and John Steinbeck.

But hey...it's just a picture, right? And it's only worth a thousand words anyhow...sheesh...

 

hehe Xaelifer - not sure about any John Steinbeck in that...

Sir Yerril, how does a fallen Deva from PST reflect you?

 

Well mine is Mort also from PsT. He was my favourite charcater in the game and probably in any game ever. He also happens to have no hair which is where my nickname comes from (no hair so slap my head). The tagline is because people find it 'funny' to polish us slappyheads and also because Mort gets his head polished when he spemds some time with a young lady of negotiable affection towards the end of the game. Of course some people might think there is a double entendre there as well

If you want to get into deeper stuff, well Mort appeals to me because he is a really loyal companion who tries to keep up a joking light hearted atmosphere that hides a past of terrible suffering and torment. He also gets all the best lines.

 

Mine is also from Planescape, Annah is her name I believe. It being the only redheaded character I obviously scooped it up.

 

Mine is from PS:T too. Pharod. Beeing old I obviously scooped it up.
