Weird crashes using TuTu?

Hello again.

In the city of BG, in the sector which contains the marketplace(those tents with the seer and such), there is a building just north of the NE corner of said marketplace(grey building) that I cannot enter because whenever I do, the game crashes to desktop(will edit later with exact coordinates if need be).

Also, when doing the Ragefast-(other wizard whose name I cannot remember)-imprisoned nymph quest(the one where you end up with a lock of hair from the nymph Abela which the guy in Sorcerous Sundries turns into a cloak), if I do not release the nymph after the confrontation with thye mage who holds her captive(opting to take her back to what's-his-name) then the game will crash upon entering the second mages home(the one with the five staired levels) and initiating dialogue. He will say something along the lines of "Nymph, go sit in the corner while I tend to the matter of payment to these mercenarties..." or somesuch but the game freezes right there and there is no "Continue" or "end dialogue" option.

I have applied the latest fix-pack for TuTu and the only option I think I did not install was the rebalanced familiars thing because I have never even come across a "Find Familiar" spell in the game anyway.

Any ideas?

 

Could you please refraise the first paragraph and also give more details of the building such as roof and cutain colour (have you checked the map), coordinates would also be great.

Names of these wizards would be good (The one with the tower who takes the Nymth is called Ramazith, but IIRC there is another mage who will also take her)

There is no Find Familiar spell in the BGI as the spell did not exist in the old engine/game - you will have to cheat one in.

That happened to me to, I figured that the dialogue options just weren't visible so I pressed 1 and the dialog went on.
