    Greetings,

    I am playing through again. Chapter 3. I'm in the city and Waukeens promenade is "unreachable". Not good. I have tried it from multiple points. No good.

    Please help.

    Could you jump yourself there using cheats? If you don't like using cheats, you could justify it by saying that the game is being funky and its not your fault.

    What mods are you using if any? Souds like a critical bug... you might need a reinstallation...
