Most of the times, I try to cast bless, heal spells on my companions and my druid & cleric only cast spells on themselves.
I have arrived at Neverwinter and started adventuring in the city. My cleric is at level 0 spells and my druid is at level 1 spells. I have memorized the cleric spells and the druid spells are available.
I have downloaded the Beta of 1.03 but am waiting for the offcial release.
Any idea of how to address this issue? Is this a bug?

You need to have a target selected I believe, or it targets the caster by default. R-click on the person you want to cast at beforehand. I've never actually cast a spell in NWN2, but I've heard this is what you have to do.

There are options you can set about what to do with current targets etc.

By default if you have a target selected (the current target shows up at the center top of the screen) spells will be cast on that target. If you do not have a target selected, then a pointer comes up and you can either click on the portrait of the person you want the spell casted on or the avatar.

There is also the option to disable this 'auto targeting' if you find it annoying.
