    [​IMG] Hmm, you do mean the unseeing eye thing with a guy named Gaal around, don´t you?

    In that case you need NOT to kill Gaal so you can talk to him, so that he can give you a quest that really helps *HINT* to kill that beholder - you will understand when you talk to all the people you meet during this quest ...

    What specifically are you trying to do? And where? Are you trying to kill the beholder known as the Unseeing Eye? I have heard of people who have taken it on and killed it through normal combat. The better way (IMO) is to get the two pieces of the rod and use it on the beast.

    Ehm note: Before going to the sewers, first go to the temple of your allignment (Helm for Good, Lathander for Neutral or Talos for Evil. Here you get the quest to investigate the cult of the Unseeying eye with the information to search in the sewers.
    Dont't forget to pick up the Gauntlets of Dexterity.

    Is the Unseeing Eye spawning after you have completed the rift device? maybe you encountered a bug, and you can fix this by going to:
    http://members.home.net/mrkevvy/fixes.html

    'Unseeing Eye Not Appearing Fix: resolves the bug where the Unseeing Eye Beholder would not appear if the Rift Device was put together, the game saved, then the save reloaded.'

    Half an hour ago I was helped with my bug by Zavoc and he pointed me out to this site, got good fixes on it.

    I can be totally wrong on your problem, but hey, everything is possible....
