Two quests I coudn't find

    In the Walkthrough it says that there is a quest for helipin the strange girl near the gate. I've had different people talk to her but nothing developes. In Kuldahar the is a ghost or something in the tower I can help but have come across it. Does anyone know how to trigger them?
    I do not have a Palladin or full human in my group.

    You mean the strange girl in the wandering village? You need a deacent Sorcerer when you talk to her and then you can teach her some magic.

    The ghost in Kuldahar,
    you have to talk to Nate first and he will mention Mother Eginia(?). A hut west of the tower of Nate is where the ghost appear, at night of course. Tale to her, choose every single option you can to gain more xp. When you come across the archdruid in Kludahar main village, ask him about the twins. Pass this new information you gain to the ghost to finish the quest.

    I found Mother Eginia but believe the walkthrough mentioned something in a tower.

    Exactly, you need to take to Nate within the tower in order trigger this quest.
