TotSC installation problem

    The installation stops at 56% and the thing crashes... Is there some way to fix this?

    I had this same trouble with BG1 many moons ago.
    Twice!

    Both times it was a flaw in a cd (there were 5!) and I had to return it for another game.

    If you have a newer PC and had no problems running BG1 it's probably the cd. I always did a complete install of the BG games. If you did a complete install of BG1 I think you need to do a complete install of TotSC as well. Maybe... I'm not sure because I never tested it.
