My Inquisitor Ned Flanders was given this to do list from on high:

1. Slay the Fiend for the Glory of Heaven!
2. Investigate the atrocities at the Circus Tent. Bring salvation to those who are deserving, send damnation to the unrepentant!
3. Purify the Den of Sin as an example to the common folk. Show them that the forces of Right cannot be bowed by the strength of Might!
4. Evil has worn the False Crown for it's own. Set the suffering free on wings of gold and bring retribution to the evil with the gift that awaits our coming hidden from the surface.
5. As you judge others, so too will you be judged! Let not those who have sinned cast their stones. Let not their judgement be influenced by Fear, Ignorance and Superstition! Choose Life over Death, spread the message for it is Good. Show mercy even to the wicked.
6. Give those who have no purpose in life a greater goal, and give those who are selfish for themselves a vision of greater glory! Cast out the snake from among ye!
7. Give Hope and Protection to those without a Saviour, so that in time they will effect their own salvation!
8. The Heathens have worshipped that which "is" but does not exist, indeed they serve only to manipulate the Law for their own visions. One such Heathen has used the Law to murder and destroy. In turn, she too will be destroyed. Seek her out, and the Burning Earth awaits you! Accept this gift for it has been sent down the aid you to SMASH evil from the Earth!
9. Send the creatures of Darkness back to their place of Eternal Despair. Assure the people that martyrs are greeted by Angels to the Kingdom of Heaven. Finish what they started, BRAND the Darkness with purifying flames, SMITE it with the Judgement of Good, let the Light shine so brightly Shadows cannot come near!

Rakanishu, when I read that your Paladin is named Ned Flanders I had a big LOL. Actually, I once referred to paladins as the Ned Flanderses of the Forgotten Realms on this very board. Is that where you got the idea, or is this just a case of great minds thinking alike?
