    The Ballad of LOADED DICE

    Get with it, RPGers, and just roll those loaded dice --
    You don't need to hear my worldly and Gatekeeperesque advice.
    If you want to rock the world, kickers, and provoke the party scene,
    You can't just leave your statpoints at some sickly-sweet sixteen.
    You have to tweak the variables, twist the values 'til they scream,
    Min and max your stats into the ground to pair threes with eighteen.
    The only question for the floor is what to minimize?
    A gangsta rappa hasta casta spells twice-supersized,
    So there's no way that we can let our INT-score go untouched.
    It has to rest at eighteen, that's the minimum, and much.
    And rappers are real suave and smooth and truly debonaire
    So Charisma has to float amongst the angels in the air.
    Leave that score at eighteen, too, and as for Strength and DEX,
    You know a man's a real man if his physical effects
    Tower with power and show who's really, truly in command.
    So leave those both at eighteen and leave no question who's the Man.
    And as for CON -- I must admit, like any rapper worth his spleen,
    I was a con myself, and learned in jail to leave CON at eighteen.
    Which leaves us with our Wisdom, so that can be our min.
    Leave clerics to their wisdom, but please leave me to my sin.
    And the greatest sin of all in any kind of RPG
    Is rolling loaded dice to get a character supreme.
    That's why the ladies sway and smile and know just what I mean:
    I'm Loaded Dice, and paradise is a row of five eighteens.
