    [IMG] Hmm...

I was wondering, have U met the same trick/bug(?) that few bosses are using? I'm talking about how they "resist" Time Stop. First I got surprised by Balthazar(the improved version; I haven't tried this at the original B.) I cast T.Stop with Edwin, and there came my first shock...the monk wasn't frozen in time, so he walked to my main character, and kicked the breath out of him:( FUNNY.
The smae goes to Amelissan. She is immune to Time Stop as well. I lost 2 party members for this "trick".

[Um... Could you drop the U please? Spell it as you. It's much easier to read.] -Tal

some bosses are immune to timestop, because if they weren't, things would be too easy

  3. Get used to it. I killed Melissan without Time Stop. And what'd'ya expect with the improved version of Balthazaar????

You should. It makes your mages so much more powerful. As in, the rest of your party doesn't even realize that they missed out on a fight (especially if you use improved alacrity and have the robe of vecna and the staff og the magi). Really pretty unstoppable if there weren't creatures that were immune to it.

[IMG] Some say time stop is a great spell and everyone should use it. I think the combination of improved alacrity+chain contingency+spell trigger is mutch more powerful. You can release about 9 powerful spells in 2 rounds(1 chain contingency, 2 spell triggers....but if you combine this with time stop huh!
