[IMG] I Found the axe that Jorill carries. But isn't there something wrong here... ?
I read the description and it says: Gives 1d12+4 in damage. Isn't this a mistake. I have never heard of a 1-handed axe that could deliver a blow like that.

I don't use it in my party any longer, I was just wondering....

Hey you guys are still playing this great game, right..?

Joril's Axe is a 2-handed weapon, IIRC. That is why it can deliver such damage.

    hmm

This mighty weapon consists of a five to six-foot haft with a heavy blade. The axe is double-bitted, with blades on both sides of the haft. It is an unwieldy weapon, but a skilled warrior can strike blows of tremendous strength with it.

Joril Frostbeard, the frost giant leader, wielded this axe. The weapon has been enchanted with several beneficial magics.

    STATISTICS:

    Damage: 1D12 +3
    THAC0: +3
    Constitution: +1 bonus
    Dexterity: -1 penalty
    Damage type: Slashing
    Weight: 10
    Speed Factor: 9
    Proficiency Type: Axe
    Type: 2-handed
    Not Usable By:
    Druid
    Cleric
    Mage
    Thief

According to dale keeper its only +3 and two handed, there is a one handed axe that does 1d12+4 damage, but that is called axe of the Minotaur lord and is from TotL.

And of cause we still plays this great game :D and it's good to see yet another Dane on this board

Mmmm.... Got TotL a few weeks ago and haven't had the chance to try it. If you can get ubber weapons like that nice little axe, I might consider playing IWD again with all the expansions...

Equester. You are right. I found it in TotL and it was called axe of the Minotaur lord. Sorry. Yes, that's a really cool one-handed axe. * Wondering if it's supposed to be one-handed *
