    That's not it either.

    It is an RTS though, though very different to any other RTS I've ever seen.

    Edit: The game revolves around static attacking structures and building bridges.

    No to kuemper.

    There weren't really races in this game, but there were different religions if not deities. You could usually choose which one to worship though.

    The actual moving units were extremely limited. Most of the strategy of the game was building placement.

    The name of the game reflects its online focus.
