the Demi Lich

    I am stuck on a real tough battle with a fella named Ksomething the Demi Lich. You trigger him by giving the golden skull in a house in the bridge district the golden torso arms and legs yuouve found. This spawns a Lich who spawns the Demi Lich when killed. The Demi Lich chain casts banishment ( no save for this spell )and quickly wipes out any group members or summoned creatures I control. Its there a good stradegy for beating this critter?

    Don't worry about not being able to spell his name. For the longest time I thought it was Kangaax rather than Kangaxx. Personally, I prefer my way. :p

    The big thing is the protection from magic scrolls that Ribald sells. Makes you untouchable by all magic, even imprisonment.

    Thanks a ton the scroll really did the trick. I had trouble finding something that would damage him and I eventually had to go pick up that paladin for hire Keldorth ( thats probably not right i have a horrible memory for names ) and use that +5 2hander. worked great thanks again folks!

    I know it's a bit late, but i just wanted to post my own strategy against this undead foe.

    When Kangaxx is still a Lich just send out one character with high magic protection and allso the robe of magic protection. Either equip him/her with a good weapon or just stand there leting Kangaxx waste alla his spells on you. If you have protection from Evil or the Wave for the fire elements its even easier.

    When he tranforms into a Demi Lich just use a protection from undead and he wont even be seing you and he will be finished off without even knowing who killed him =)

    And if you don't think it's cheating don't forget to pick pocket him for another Ring of Gaxx, two of them can make any character almost godlike.
