[IMG] Does anyone know a good place to store equipment? I need to free up a little space on my folks...But I'm afraid to put anything down.

What is the Paladin Stronghold in the game? I haven't gotten that far yet...But I've heard an ugly rumor that all you get is a room in the Radiant Heart.

If that's the case...I'd much rather have Nalia's keep or something. What's the scoop?

Yous should be able to appropriate any container for your own use... Chest, nightstand, closet, bookcase etc.

I have found that Valygar's home (the one in the docks) wether hes in your party or not, It makes a good place to store all those crapy keys and stuff like that.

The reason I asked is that I've heard if you leave them in some places...They disappear. I'll try Valygar's pad...Thanks!

I believe that's true (items disappearing) of the strongholds before you obtain them. It seems that the whole stronghold is reset to some default when it becomes yours... For example, the Ranger cabin, when it is given to you has a bunch of stuff that the townspeople donate to you in various containers. I would assume (though I don't know since I didn't need it for storage before I got it) that had I stored stuff in those containers it all would have been replaced with the default stuff...

[IMG] I used Cernd's place on Waukeen (handy for the shops - next to adventurers mart) until I got my Stronghold. Took 3 trips to move all my stuff. Left him a +1 scimitar and some armour in lieu of rent.

Ployers house in the slums is my base of operations just now. Was a little miffed that it was his the first time i played as i went there to re-equip after Jaheira got cursed and there he was. Damn squatters. Just as well i had already arranged for his little 'accident' to happen :D.

I wouldn't use Valgyar's place to store things, I had a wierd experience there after completing the planar sphere quest with him. I was playing a guy this time around, and bought that necklace for Jahira, and decided to visit Val's place. I was ambushed by cowled enforcers and soldiers, and Val turned hostile! His circle and portrait went red. They all attacked! I reset the game and didn't go back in there!

Throughout my first game, I used the Copper Coronet - missiles on the table next to Korgan and weapons etc. in the chest next to Anomen. Nothing has gone missing.

I find it the most convenient as many of the NPCs congregate there after you let them go. The others as much as possible I bring them there before letting them go and ask them to stay put. They were quite obedient really. A few of them have their own place to go. Of course, Viconina prefers the graveyard.

You can then change NPCs, weapons, reload on missiles, trade with Bernard and rest, all at the same place.

[IMG] Once I cleared out all those half elf haters on the second floor of the Den of Seven Vales in Waukeen's Prominade, I claimed the second floor as my own. So help me if I find any tavern patrons wandering around up there one day. Anyway, it's a nice place. It has three storage chests and its close to the adventurer's mart. Plus it lets me learn spells after a quest and the rest to memorize them all in the same place, then head over to the mart to sell my loot and plunder and buy decent stuff.
