OK, I finished the game in normal and now I want to play under HoF mode. What should I do?
I tried the configuration program but it seems to be useless.

Just enter the configuration program...set HoF mode on..
Now if you play the game like you normally would, the game is set in HoF-mode..
So just start a new game, import all your character that you've completed the game with, and have some fun!

    good luck

Edit: by the way, the HoF option is located in the config program under the difficulty slider if I remember correct

I think that you stated elsewhere that you are not using the patched version. Try that first.

No, I don't remember that I said so. I use patched version. (version 2.01)
I think this is the last version, isn't it?

I went to Deirde at Gallaway Trading Post to see if I am going to get that great "Golden Heart of ..." sword. But all I get was normal version of sword. :(
So, this couldn't be HoF, right?
