    [IMG] Greetings,

Does anyone here know how to extract the mage/priest spellcasting voices from the game or maybe point me a place from where I can download them?

my best idea would be to record your audio output, turn off the music in the game, and let your spellcaster cast some stuff. then cut the sounds and save them. can't think of any other way, except maybe a program that lets you view all the date, like NWN explorer for NWN, but I can't find such a program

    Hi,

You need Near Infinity to browse the sound files in the game. It's under the WAV directory, and the .wav names that start with "CHA_FP" and "CHA_MM" are the spell casting voices.

I think you need to have a full install of the game to view the files, but I'm not 100% sure.

    I got this information from
    http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~gte985m/files/BG2music.txt
and figured the rest out by myself.
