Spawning Terl

    I guess it was too good to be true, my having no romance bugs. I got Anomen's "Wait... one approaches" dialogue and no Terl. Can someone just gimme the script to spawn him please? Thanks.

    If that doesn't work or he doesn't have dialogue, let me know and I can look for variables that may need to be set as well.

    ... still doesn't work...

    Can you think of anything else that would be worth a try? Is there a command I can do to see that dialogue again...? Maybe that would spark it, do you think?

    I probably should've asked already, but have you patched and Baldurdashed?

    Anomen should initiate this conversation if:

    * you're not in chapters 4, 5, or 7
    * you're outdoors
    * Anomen is in the party
    * the Anomen romance is not over
    * Anomen can see Terl
    * the party can't see any enemies
    * the "SpawnTerl" global timer has expired (since it happened once, this should already be true)

    and the following variables are set:

    * Global("RomancePartFour","GLOBAL",0)
    * Global("AnomenCor","GLOBAL",0)
    * Global("AnomenIsNotKnight","GLOBAL",1)

    Try setting these variables and making sure the first set of conditions is true. If that doesn't work, I can't think of anything else.

    I installed the patch, but I didn't install baldurdash. I'm currently in the Drow city, actually.

    I noticed the lasy variable you told me to set says "AnomenIsNotKnight"... but in my game Anomen DID pass his test. Should I still enter that?

    If you're in the Drow city, it means you're in chapter 5 and Terl shouldn't be showing up anyway. Wait until you're out of the Underdark and see if it progresses normally.

    As for the not knight variable, I guess that shows how familiar I am with the Anomen romance, meaning not at all. :) If Anomen passed his test, the AnomenIsNotKnight variable should definitely be 0; don't change it. I was probably looking at the wrong dialogue triggers. :rolleyes:

    Okay, so can I cheat and use CLUAConsole to get to Terl? Or do I have to wait until the official next chapter?

    I would wait until the next chapter (out of the Underdark) and see if he shows up normally.
