    I've decided to wait with the implementation of a poll script running on the server until we get all the fixes and changes of the updated site design template up, as it will be much easier for me to test various available poll scripts then. Before that happens, however, we'll start on re-making the old content tables from scratch. As these were simply transferred unchanged when we switched to this new design, some of them contain horrible (not to mention redundant) chunks of code, and it's high time we cleaned this mess up. I've managed to convince Chev to take on this gargantuan task, but as he'll probably be doing all of this manually, it'll take quite some time. He will also be adding the names of the authors to every single download which does not have it specified now (another legacy oversight needing to be fixed), so finding things by author on SP will be much easier in the future.

    Also, I've started on the next site content update a few days ago, so I expect the whole thing to go up before next week's SPH, or not much after that.

    No worries. If it shows that making a script to do that for me will take less time than doing the thing on my own, my laziness will push me in the right direction. ;)
