What is the largest consumption of ale, wine, booze, beer, or whatever you want to call it that any of your characters or group members have downed and remained sober? My largest was about sixteen. It was crazy, I (fighter with huge constitution) was downing beers left and right!Seriously, it was pretty funny.

I have no idea what the maximum limit is, although I know it is based on character constitution. It's not a 1:1 ratio though. For example, it's not like if someone has a CON of 10, he can drink 10 beers. The answer to this question though is obvious. Take Kagain in your party (base CON of 20) and have him use the Tome that increases your CON by 1 (I don't remember what that one is called). This will raise his CON to 21, and that should be highest any PC or NPC can get in the game. Take him the nearest tavern and drink away. It could very well take him 16 to get drunk.

Pretty funny indeed, but What I don't understand that my Elf Fighter/Mage was still able to cast spell after 12 beer?! C'mon the barman wouldn't even let me have another drink, I couldn't walk in a straight line of 5 feet but I could Cast spell?

Well, I had a friend, who could stand 17 beers in a hot day with hardly any signs of drunkeness...
