Slow walking speed

    I have a problem with a Halfling Assassin: after importing him from EasyTutu he walks slower in BG2 than everybody else. He is not encumbered, I have stripped him of every equipment and had Romove Curse and Dispell Magic cast on him - it didn't help.

    According to Shadow Keeper his walking speed is the same as the walking speed of the other party members (1).
    I also thought that this might be a feature of the small races but the Dwarf Korgan runs as fast as the others.
    So, any ideas what may cause this problem?

    There is a mod for Easy Tutu that lowers the walking speed to make them more like in the original BG1. Now if I remember correctly the BG1 walking speed is 5, the mod puts it to 7 and the normal BG2 speed is 10. The character probably kept his lowered speed after you imported him, so you can try adding 5 or 3 to his current speed via Shadow Keeper and see if that solves the problem.
