Slayer Change bug

    I have Tob installed and I don't have the patch, but there is no info on this issue in its description.

    1) Well, I had turned to slayer while fighting Kangaxx. After it I realized I keep "exploding" from time to time. Only the effect took place, however, there were no real problems. So I checked the save file with SK, and found out the slayer timer variable (or affect or whatever it was) remained there. This was my first change to slayer, btw.

    2) Then I tried to turn to slayer in savegame in which I never used the slayer change. I turned in and out. BUT, the "You feel your control slipping." message appeared right after (even if I was polymorphed just for a few seconds) and when I tried to rest to see if I will die, nothing happened, only the message reappeared after the rest.
    Additionaly, when I turned back to human form, I got 100 percent magic damage resistance, which I had neither in human nor in slayer form. Funny.

    I don't use the ability anymore now. Is there a solution to this, or have someone ever experienced this?

    EDIT: I searched old lore (old topics) once again and realized that the first problem is not a problem. BUT the second one remains...
