Make it? Yeah, I finished it. Wasn't too bad. Nice and short with a good amount of battles and best of all, Boots of Speed!

[IMG] A lvl 10-12 Party can do it?
Can i leave the portal open and make it later..

I'll do a lot of "city quest", i'm on day 11, i have more of 80.000 gold pieces, time to go on chapter 3, or is better i'll do Umar Hills Quest, Illithid, Planar Sphere and Trademeet. I finished almost all city quest, if i proceed to Chapter3 can i do this quest when i come back?.

You wrote that if you wait too long Imoen Int lower to 3! Right?

    Thamk you.

I did that quest with a level 8 party!!! I have no idea how... took a few trys with the Master of Thralls. It's best to have a cleric sit at the back casting dispels to combat his gaze! The cambion shouldn't be tooo difficult either. If I can do it with a low level party... i think anyone can!

When i did it i didn't find the boots of speed. The first time i played through i found them... but the 2nd time i didn't and i always search everyone... coz i'm like that. I am disapointed now.

[IMG] I have done this quest yesterday... well i remember Sigil as an "hard" place... but this quest was so fast & easy.
I have overestimated this quest, however a funny and fast quest.

I have question: if I avoid some city quest
now could i do it in a second time? Example: When i come back from rescuing Imoen.

    Thank to all

Yup, you'll be fine. I left for Spellhold and didn't do the following quests:

    Kagnaxx the Lich Quest
    Renal Bloodscalps Quest
Illithid's under the Temple District Area

I'll have those to do when I return from Spellhold and The Underdark.

Syl, you know if some quest are time related?

In BG1 there was some "time related" quest, if you dalay too much to resolve the quest you lose it.

I'll have to do Umar, Planar Sphere and Trademeet, i have this on my "quest log", if i leave for spellhold they will be lost?

They should all still be there. I took my sweet time with all of them and none were affected.

Just be sure you dont proceed on to chap 4 without doing the ones you want to do. I know for a fact the Unseeing Eye quest is not available when you return to Athlatka.

[IMG] I have done almost all of Athlatka Quest (unseen eye too), i leave behind Trademeet & other "out Athlatka", because i hate losing 20h each trip (i have done Windspear & Nalia's as my first and second quest), i have to save a friend and slaying a f%&/g wizard, i can't loose too much time :)

I'm on day 11 and ready (near passing to lvl 11, Bodhi will help with some xp), i'll do Planar Sphere, Umar & Trademeet when i come back.

    Thank to all!

Since I've done it, I think waiting to do a lot of the extra quests is prefered as Imoen is a great character to have as long as your experience isn't already through the roof when you get her back(as her's simply isn't). The thieves and Bhodi give some nice experience, as does chap four. And not being maxed with experience makes both chapters somewhat challenging. However, the underdark would be kinda tough, but you can come back and do the beholders and Illithids, so not a huge problem there.

Walked right up to the Master of Thralls and smacked it into Oblivion as he could see me even when Stealthed and with Non-Detection. His elementals were more dangerous, heh heh.

And I nearly got bullshitted to death too by the Warden, I was going to solo him with my ranger expecting a good clean fight after I set the thralls free, but he summoned a few remaining guards and cast improved mantle on himself. I had a hairy time rushing Aerie from the wyvern perch to breach his defenses!

Take your time in the Astral Prison if your party is low level. Don't provoke the Warden until you're fully rested, healed and memorized. The Efreets are tough.

Actually, those extra guards come from all the teleportal spheres if you haven't killed any of them. (Minatours and fighters)

The Warden was much harder than The Master of Thralls yet gave less experience and with all those Umber Hulks around him tossing their gaze attacks around, it made matters worse.

It made for a very tough battle.
