NWVault has reviewed the ShadowGuard premium module for Neverwinter Nights. Here's a snip:

"ShadowGuard" is the creation of well-known community member Altaris, author of the highly successful "Lone Wolf" modules. Ahead of their time in many ways, the "Lone Wolf" modules possessed a previously unseen level of technical aptitude and polish, which they combined with excellent storytelling and creative gameplay. Before they were retired to the Hall of Fame these modules were the highest-rated that the community had to offer, eventually going on to win the "Module of the Year 2002" award.

Bioware obviously liked what they saw, as "ShadowGuard" is in many ways similar to the old "Lone Wolf" modules. Relatively short at just under three hours, "ShadowGuard" is a story-driven module for a single player that features an intricate story, much intrigue, and a fair bit of action. Altaris has created his own custom setting for the module, the world of Abaran, and while it's not incredibly unique it is fleshed out enough to provide a strong backdrop to the unfolding tale.
