hey I just got NWN Gold for Christmas and I want to make an Assassin/Shadowdancer/Fighter. I need some help as to how many levels to invest in each class, skill points, weapon proficiencies, etc., every bit helps.

The Assassin and Shadowdancer both need quite some skill in some 'thieving arts'. You might be better off with some rogue levels first, i.s.o fighter.

I suggest you take something other than fighter if you want to be an assassin/shadowdancer. This is because Hide and Move Silently are cross-class skills for fighter (meaning they are always only half as high as class skills) and so you'd already need to be level 13 fighter before you could take your first assassin level.

If you really want the fighter BAB then take Ranger as your base class concentrating on Hide and Move Silently skills (the rest is up to your playing style). After 5 levels of Ranger you can take 1 level of Assassin concentrating on the same two skills + Tumble. Take another level of either Ranger or Assassin depending on the choice that I'll explain lower in the post. Now take a level of Shadowdancer. From now on it's up to your personal taste:
    * want to dual-wield -> get Ranger to level 9
    * want to use sneak attack -> continue in Assassin
    * Shadowdancer has some pretty good feats like Improved Evasion and Slippery Mind which might be worth it to complete Shadowdancer to level 10

So choose which way you want to go. You can combine two of the above points. I'd go for either Ranger 9/Assassin 10/ Shadowdancer 1 or Ranger 9/Assassin 1/Shadowdancer 10 but if you choose the second then I propose to drop the Assassin level and take another Ranger level to get an additional Favorite Enemy instead of the sneak attack.

For ability scores it's up to you but I'd put at least 6 points in str, dex and con and put wis at 12. Put the rest like you wish in the nonwisdom stats.

I'll not advise on feats except Power Attack and Cleave. The rest is up to your playing style.

Good luck with the build. :)

No point taking Fighter levels. You should not be fighting headon as a Shadow Dancer or Assassin anyway.

For a more combat orientated Shadow Dancer, you should take a pure Ranger all the way until you qualify for the PRC even though Tumble is not a class skill.

    Not recommended though.

Hide In Plain Sight + Sneak Attack = Death.
