Shadow keeper can only multiclass the way the manual says except for a few exceptions. You can act a kit with a multiclass if you want... and you can apply the multiclass to any race with shadowkeeper. As for another alternate to multi a sorcerer... i don't know of any, but there are some custom classes you can download, ie like the monk spellcasting character here on the sorcerer website. But i dont see why you need to multi a sorcerer/fighter, and or a ranger/mage?!?!?!

You can only add kits to valid dual or multi classed combos, so no Sorcerer multiclasses or dual classes.

[IMG] is there anything you can get in team bg that allows you to make custom characters? or is it just going into the bg2 directory to do some advance editing?

Hrm, if you must have custom character you can always make a template skill level advancement for that character you want and then after that just edit them manually in shadow keeper. Ie, a monk/sorcerer. Just start a character as amonk, and give him some spells via shadowkeeper.
