[IMG] First, let me be straight about first Sea Dogs.

Amazing graphics, fantastic music, non-linear story in RPG setting :) ... and dozens of bugs. :(
Don't buy this game. Patch doesn't solve all bugs. No matter, the game is finishable.

But pics from the sequel is something you must see just to declare a death to Playstation 2 (and Dark Alliance).
Allow me to post a link: http://www.akella.com/seadogs2/screenshots-en.html

Will you join me in the best pirates' adventure next year?

Mmm... looks very nice. However, I couldn't forgive myself to play another piratic game until I grab Monkey Island 4. I'd be betraying my gaming history. :1eye:

[IMG] Apparently both Sea Dogs games were beautiful but buggy, which kept me away as my PC is screwed up enough without buggy games. Dark Alliance was sharp looking, with some cool effects and so on, but wasn't much more than "Gauntlet" if you remember the old arcade game. PS2 however, is cool. Deal with it.

[IMG] "Elf has shot the food!" Now on to Sea Dogs. I heard the fight now looked nice but had tons of problems; no plot freedom, bad sword fighting section, very limited RP options. Pirate Gold was a better game if you didn't mind the old graphics. SD2 is appearently increased the role-playing sections but i haven't played so I can't say for sure.
