I have been playing IWD in multiplayer for the last couple of weeks and last night decided to start a single player game. In BG1 & 2, the multiplayer and single saves went in different directories... multiplayer in MPSAVE and single player in SAVE. In IWD, it appears that all saves go into the MPSAVE directory regardless of how the game is played. Anyone know of a solution to this at all? I would hate to quicksave by mistake and wipe out the other game but when I get engrossed in the game, I just know it is going to happen.

I could back-up the quicksave directory and copy in the relevant version before play but it's a bit of a pain. I just wonder if I have done something wrong somewhere to have caused this to happen.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Cheers all
    Lee C

not at all, I think it's just like that.
Like you said, just back it up in another save, and you'll do fine.
