Is there any way to give something like that to my protagonist? I think it'd be fun, I don't want anything too overpowering, just a fun little affect. Any ideas?

(Wow I'm making a lot of threads today, I should go somewhere else, jeebus)

I don't want to actually add in his thing. I just want something like it, where I can make up my own affect and have it happen randomly when striking.

This attack of Sarevok is really powerful... A unique skill, too bad that he hit someone not very often with it... Although in good chances he can hit with it and hiting with 200 damage can make one battle a lot easier... :)

You could use the Infinity Engine Editor Pro to create your own effect. As far as I know it should be able to create an effect which has a certain percentage of success. So you can give the effect an percentage of 10, and it would hit once every ten times. After that you should be able to add that to an item.

You should check the TeamBG Editing forums at:

What kind of effect were you thinking of? You've got me thinking of all kinds of fun things now, like a maybe a disarming blow that makes your enemy's next attack a critical miss. Or a somewhat lesser effect like "stumble" that increases your enemy's weapon speed to 9 on the next round. Or perhaps something more whimsical, like a "gender-bender assault" that does normal damage but also changes the gender of your enemy. Or maybe a random "wild magic" effect when you attack a mage...
