    Hi everyone,
    i'm a complete novice when it comes to fiddling around with computers and am having a hard time installing some of the mods.
    I had no problems in installing ToD as i simply clicked on the icon and the computer did all the hard work. I cannot seem to get Tactics or Ease of use to work. I have unzipped them into the over ride but cannot find any run commands to get them actually working.
    Im sure that im being a complete idiot and missing something very obvious but it is winding me up anyway.
    Can any one tell me what im doing wrong.

    Unzip the files and folders in your BG2 folder (and not the override!) and run the setup program (iirc Ease of Use comes with a folder and 3 files: one .tp2, one .debug and the setup file you have to run).
    You'll get a WEIDU text file with the list of all WEIDU mods you have installed.

    i'll have a go when i get back home later.

    Nope, that didnt work. I ran the set up program.
    Im now getting the message
    Fatal error: <unable to find dialog.tlk>
