The bug where jaheira stops talking, it happened quite early in the game and i forgot how to fix it again with cluaconsole or so i am just a bit confused can someone help? i have quite a few mods installed but they should not interfear with the romance and so on but she has stoped talking

 

you might have broken the romance by saying the wrong things: CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("JaheiraRomanceActive","GLOBAL",1)

that should fix it, also make sure you have the latest SoA patch. Also make sure the mods are compatable with each other and that they have good reviews and are patched themselves.

 

banter pack and flirt pack screw it up?

 

Flirt Pack won't, I doubt banter pack will.

Hmm, have you had the bandit encounter? If not, try sleeping outside (druid grove and Nalia's Keep tend to work). Do it a few times and a couple of bandits will show up. Once you've done this, the romance should continue.

 

Should i install before or after the weido mods?

 

Both banter and flirt packs are Weidu, IIRC, so install them after any non-Weidu ones you're running.

Flirt packs can screw the romance...if you tell Jaheira to get lost. But I really doubt you did that.

 

Well i have never bothered to play with lots of these mods before, I installed BG2 soa then tob, then the tob patch then the baldurdash tob fix pack, then once I finished I installed Ascension "weido", Item upgrade, Drizzt-v6, Soulafien, then ncp flirt and banter packs, and that was pretty much it. I didn't install oversight because I thought it was not weido and that it would screw up, I didn't install ease of use, and didn't install Azenguard.

All of them are suppose to be weido I thought but the ones I didn't install might be weido but I wasn't sure so I left them, the only thing with the romance is I got to literally the 3rd dialog and then when I pressed continue it ended the dialog which was strange.

I had the Harper part with Xhar happen really quick, it was this early in the game btw, then immediately after the Harper stopped Jaheira and then i had to go back to the Harper hold "you know what I mean", after that she still said nothing even after I killed all of the harpers and left, then about a day or two later still no dialog and the little party of Harpers appeared and no dialog all I got was (Harper or so??) "has nothing to say to you" and they were just standing there idle I really don't know what I installed wrong or what way I should have done it but its really annoying installing bg2 over and over again Anyone seriously have any idea of why this happens and how to avoid it, I'd be grateful.

 

Thanks for the link, what is even more taxing though is reinstalling BG2+tob repeatedly because mods say they work with each other when they clearly don’t Just reinstalled it again with just weido stuff and flirt+banter and Irenicus says he wants to go throw stones in the Underdark and spells have got screwed up

 

How come there aren't any homosexual NPC's in the game. It would be a nice addition if there would be even one. In ToEE there are these gay pirates. Oh what a laugh it gave me to see this young pirate hitting on my fighter.

 

While not quite the same as having a homosexual character, you can tweak some of the variables to allow for gay romances. IIRC, you can also tweak the variables such that NPCs that have romances will do so, regardless of your race, e.g. Aerie will romance a 1/2 orc (which is just creepy), Viconia will romance a surface elf, etc.

 

There are a couple homosexual romances available for download. Solaufein is the only one that is male-to-male though.
