Are there any better regen items than the "regen 1 hitpoint per round" or "regen 1 hitpoint per turn" items?

    Sure ;)
There is the sword you find in Seldarine. It heals 1d4 HP whenever you hit. Give it to any of your melee fighters and see your party fully healed before you finish a cup of coffee. 'Delnar's Folly', I think its called.

Isn't the stone you found outside the IceWall good enough?

The weapons I have my fighters equipped with are much better than those weapons that heal on a successful hit. I have the Blessed Black Goat Girdle (1 per 3 rounds), Periapt of Wound Closure (doesn't state regen rate; just says increased regen), Mail of Life (1 per turn), and Rings of Regeneration (1 per 10 combat rounds). I'm looking for something better than the Mail of Life and Ring of Regenerations. One hit point per turn or 10 combat rounds (same thing really) is too slow.

Periapt of Wound Closure, that was the one I was talking about. Its the best regenerative item in the game.

But this one is even better

Delnar was a timid mage who never was one for adventure. He spent most of his life in quiet study, living with his mother, trying to learn the art of crafting magical items. Unfortunately, his mother had a habit of interrupting him at crucial points during the enchantment process, often with disastrous results. Delnar's Healing Blade is another botched attempt by Delnar to construct something of use.

This weapon is truly an enigma. When used in battle it does little to no damage, instead healing the intended target. However, the healing is miniscule at best and hardly worth the effort required to swing the blade. In any case, it has been given the name 'Delnar's Healing Blade' because of its inability to slay a target.

What purpose Delnar originally intended this weapon to serve is unknown. There are some who argue that it functions as intended, while others laugh at the absurdity of this.

    STATISTICS:

    Damage: None
    Attack Bonus: +1
    Enchantment: +5
    Damage Type: None
Special: Heals 2d4 points of damage per hit
    Weight: 4 lb.
Feat Requirement: Martial Weapon, Large Sword
    Type: One-handed

Try the "Warsong of the Sith" song of the bard. It is not exactly an item, but with "Lingering Song" feat it won't handicap your bard at all!

I didn't know that regeneration items stack with each other... ?

Anyway, even if you combine the best items, you'll only reach something like 1 HP/round regeneration. Still way too slow to be of much use - you'll still want to cast Heal in most larger battles.
