Rate my solo Fighter

Please rate my fighter. this is the fighter i have taken all the way from BG1. I beat BG1 and BG2 but i am going through BG2 solo now and i also took him through TOB . I am in chapter 3 of my second time through SOA

The only problem that i have with soloing is that if somebody dominates you or charms you, you automaticly lose so i cant wait till i get the Helm of Defence. The only thing is i forgot where i got it last time!

 

This character is very, very exceptional.

But that's probably because his level is way too high to make BGII challenging, even for a solo game.

 

Yeah ... he is too powerful for BGII SoA really ... which attribute is the 3? Intelligence?

 

I think he put the attributes in the top to bottom order, so yeah it would be intelligence.

No accually its Wisdom! And accually soloing with him is hard sometimes especially in the watchers keep dungeon!

 

When soloing, chapter 2 alone gets you to level 30, and if you do Watcher's Keep before moving on the chapter 4, you'll hit the 8 million bar somewhere in the Keep.

I'd say you may have a hard time with that char later on...
For instance,it's hard to have a decent AC for a fighter when dual-wielding (you can get 5 points from your shield), and you'll need at least a -15 AC in ToB (lots of critters still hit you about 30% of the time with a -17 AC !!)


I just soloed twice thru SoA / WK / ToB, once with a monk, then with a Fighter/Mage/Thief.
With the F/M/T it was plain sailing.
With the Monk, getting started was kinda tough, then he turned into a nearly unstoppable machine of destruction. Only some of the tougher bosses in the Keep and ToB proved a difficulty, sometimes even too much (what can a monk do to protect vs imprisonnment or the timestop / melee combo that Draconis, his dad, and Melissan sometimes use?? So for those fights I ended up cheating: exploiting the bug that allows any class to use mage scrolls).
